Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Azaxer. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when requesting a return or refund.

1. Returns Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date of dispatch to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for return requests made after this 7-day period has elapsed.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item is in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • You have proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
  • The item is not listed under our Non-Returnable Items (see Section 6).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at returnazaxer@gmail.com within 7 days of dispatch, including your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions and a return address.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  • Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take additional time for the refund to officially post.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or similar reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Azaxer will cover the cost of return shipping.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of dispatch at returnazaxer@gmail.com with photos of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional cost to you.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please contact us at returnazaxer@gmail.com to check availability.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
